Honestly I’ve toured everywhere but decided to come back to this location. Everyone on the team is great, the grounds seem well kept, the pool is beautiful. When I came, the office was very busy so I waited in the lobby for a little bit. I helped myself to snacks and drinks while I waited. I got to see what seemed like residents coming in and out just to check in with staff. The other communities I’ve toured didn’t seem to be very interested in touring or learning more about my needs.
I had a very negative experience with this application. I felt I was treated unfairly and experienced discriminatory behavior that made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. On top of that, there are no updates from Gabrielle and she was rude and uninteresting in our urgent matter which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. I expected better service, fairness, and professionalism. I do not recommend this app based on my experience.
We moved here a few months ago and were a little nervous about going from having a house to living in an apartment. But Gabby made us feel so welcome from the very beginning! Anytime we’ve needed anything, she has responded quickly and has always been extremely helpful and kind. We highly recommend The Exchange at Foley!
